NutriPrep Partner Program Terms

Anyone may apply to the NutriPrep Partner Program. There is no signup fee and no requirement to subscribe to NutriPrep to become a Partner.

NutriPrep reviews every application. A partner link becomes active only after NutriPrep approves the application.

Commissions are earned only from real, eligible customer payments actually received by NutriPrep. No commission is earned on free trials, refunded payments, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions.

Commission continues only while a referred customer remains subscribed, for a maximum of 12 billing cycles per customer. After 12 billing cycles, commission on that customer ends even if the subscription continues.

Commission can be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or abuse. A reversal debits the previously recorded commission amount.

Your commission rate is based on the number of active referred customers. A referred customer is counted as active when they have made a successful payment in the last 35 days.

The commission tiers are: 1–19 active referred customers = 25%, 20–49 = 27.5%, 50+ = 30%.

Tiers can move in both directions. Rates are recalculated monthly. A rate increase applies from the next recalculation. A rate decrease requires the active-customer count to sit below the threshold at two consecutive monthly recalculations before it takes effect, so a partner hovering at a boundary does not flip rates every month.

Rate changes are always prospective and never alter commission already earned and recorded on an existing earning.

A strategic partner may receive an override of 5% of the original sale value generated by directly assigned partners. The contractual strategic partner is the organization, not an individual.

Compensation is never paid or promised for recruiting another Partner. The parent-partner relationship represents strategic distribution attribution only.

A customer who subscribes through a Partner link may receive 25% off the first month, at full price thereafter. NutriPrep controls the availability and terms of this offer and may modify or discontinue it.

Monetary rewards for member referrals are not currently active. If and when a member referral reward program launches, its terms will be published at that time. No reward is promised until then.

The Partner Network supports exactly two relationship levels: strategic partner → partner → customer. A Partner with a parent strategic partner may not itself become a parent of another Partner.

NutriPrep prevents cycles in the parent-partner hierarchy. A Partner cannot be assigned as their own ancestor.

NutriPrep may deactivate a Partner for voluntary withdrawal, administrative pause, or abuse.

Deactivating or rejecting a Partner never affects any customer's subscription, price, or access. Customers are untouched in all cases.

A deactivated Partner's link immediately stops attributing new visitors. Existing acquisition attribution records remain intact and remain attributed to that Partner.

For deactivation due to abuse, unpaid earnings are set to held status pending manual review rather than being paid automatically. Earnings already recorded remain payable.

NutriPrep never deletes attribution records on deactivation. Reversing history would destroy the audit trail.

Partners must make truthful claims about NutriPrep and must not make medical or health claims on NutriPrep's behalf.

Partners must clearly disclose their financial relationship with NutriPrep when endorsing it, in the language of the endorsement.

Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, and artificial attribution (e.g., bot clicks, incentivized signups) are prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

Rates, tier thresholds, the commission window, and these program terms may change prospectively. NutriPrep will notify Partners of material changes. Changes never alter commission already earned and recorded.

NutriPrep may suspend or terminate a Partner's participation in the program for abuse, violation of these terms, or fraudulent activity. Termination does not affect any customer's subscription.
