NutriPrep AI ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Service.
Account information: Name and email address when you register.
Profile data: Dietary preferences, food restrictions, fitness goals, calorie and macro targets you provide during onboarding.
Usage data: Meal plans generated, features used, and app interactions — used to operate and improve the Service and enforce usage limits.
Payment data: Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your card number or payment details. We receive confirmation of payment status and subscription tier only.
Referral data: If you use or share a referral link, we record the referral relationship to track referral attribution and participation in any active referral program.
Partner Program data: If you apply to the NutriPrep Partner Program, we store your name, email, country, professional background, audience description, preferred payout method, and a payout contact handle (such as a PayPal email or Zelle handle). We do not collect bank account numbers, routing numbers, or government IDs. We also store acquisition attribution information (how visitors arrived at NutriPrep through a partner link) and, for approved partners, commission records.
We use your data to: generate personalized meal plans; enforce subscription limits; send transactional emails (welcome, billing); respond to support requests; and provide, operate, secure and improve NutriPrep.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your dietary preferences and goals are sent to our AI provider to generate meal plans. This data is processed on your behalf to generate your meal plans. We use established AI infrastructure providers for this purpose.
We share data only with: (a) Stripe, for payment processing; (b) our AI infrastructure provider, for meal plan generation; (c) Resend, for transactional email delivery; and (d) Base44, our application hosting platform. All third parties are contractually obligated to protect your data.
We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely for analytics.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"); object to or restrict certain processing; and data portability.

We use essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect app functionality.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure secret management. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password for your account.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
