By creating an account or using NutriPrep AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including free and paid subscribers.
NutriPrep AI is an AI-powered meal planning platform that generates personalized meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, and nutritional guidance based on user-provided preferences and goals.
Important: NutriPrep AI is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition.
Meal plans, recipes, and nutritional data are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as general guidance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific health needs. Nutritional values are estimates and may vary based on actual ingredient brands, portion sizes, and preparation methods.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not share your account with others or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. We accept payment via credit card through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
NutriPrep AI is a subscription service. An active paid subscription is required to generate meal plans and recipes.
Free access: Creating an account and completing onboarding is free. This includes your calculated calorie and macronutrient targets and the explanation of how they were derived. Generating meal plans and recipes requires a paid plan.
Paid plans: NutriPrep Solo ($19/mo) includes meal-plan generation, currently subject to a safety limit of up to 20 meal-plan generations per day. NutriPrep Family ($29/mo) includes up to 30 meal-plan generations per day across the entire account, shared by all four household profiles. The Starter plan has been retired; existing Starter subscribers keep their plan and price until they change or cancel it.
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at nutriprepai@gmail.com. Refunds are not available for renewals after the initial 30-day period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings → Manage Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations unless within the 30-day money-back guarantee window.
NutriPrep may offer referral incentives from time to time, and any active reward terms will be stated when offered. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral system (e.g., self-referrals) may result in account termination.
You may not: (a) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; (b) use automated bots to generate content; (c) resell or redistribute AI-generated meal plans commercially; (d) attempt to circumvent usage limits; or (e) violate any applicable laws.
NutriPrep AI and its underlying technology are owned by the Service operator. AI-generated meal plans produced for you are licensed to you for personal use. You may not redistribute or sell them without written permission.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to this processing. We use your dietary preferences and goals solely to generate personalized meal plans and improve the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NutriPrep AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated nutritional content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
